I would like to attend the dedication and dinner on August 8, 2024 at Quantico. Myself and two other family members will be attending the event. We live in virginia so lodging is not necessary. Please advise me where I can pay to attend the dinner. Also if the dinner aspect is full is the Memorial Dedication also going to be a closed event which would keep me from being able to attend
Live in Virginia and will be attending Monument Dedication Ceremony with wife. Will not require lodging. Will we be registered on a roster or will I need a pass in advance? Thanking you in advance. Semper Fi, Jim Asbury
Jim, you would have to be attending the Reunion to attend the ceremony. The Monument itself will be there in perpetuity thereafter, and can be visited any time you visit the Museum of the Marine Corps after August 8, 2024.
We will have a livestream of the ceremony on the front page of this site on Thursday for those who can’t attend in person.
